Will Humble on determining who can be treated by medical marijuana

Will Humble, director of the Arizona Department of Health Services, talks about the process of adding conditions to the list of ailments that can be treated by medical marijuana.Humble says in order to get conditions like PTSD, general anxiety,and migraines treated by medical marijuana, people have to go through a hearing process. Humble says the main body of evidence for the effectiveness of marijuana helping to treat these conditions comes from peer-reviewed medical journals. He stresses that he goes into hearings with an open mind and looks at the evidence for both sides of arguments, and always keeps the focus on the medical.
