Mexico Election Coverage
On July 1, Mexicans will choose 500 members of the lower house of Congress, 128 senators and most importantly, a successor to PAN President Felipe Calderón. There will also be state and municipal elections held in 15 of the country’s 32 states. Many citizens of the multi-party electorate, especially its youth, are taking to the streets to make their voices heard. Fronteras reporters will share some of their stories and concerns with you -- and tell you how decisions in Mexico may impact your life. Tune in to hear their stories beginning Monday, June 18 during Morning Edition (3-9 a.m.) and All Things Considered (3-6 p.m.).
