A voter initiative that would make a temporary one-cent sales tax permanent will appear on Arizona’s ballot in November.
The Arizona Supreme Court ruled late Tuesday that supporters of the measure substantially complied with the law, despite a paperwork error that led Secretary of State Ken Bennett to disqualify the initiative.
The money will mostly go to education.
