Water official says dry conditions are no cause for concern

Continuing drought conditions in an arid desert climate raise concerns about the availability of drinking water. 

But Phoenix Water Services officials say there is no cause for alarm. 

Dennis Lambert talked to Gerard Silvany, principal planner in the Water Resources and Development Planning Division of the Phoenix Water Services Department, outside City Hall to discuss what the city is doing to respond to climate change.
