A Phoenix man has been arrested in connection with a staged terrorist threat videotaped in July.
Michael Turley says he and his 16-year-old nephew, who pretended to be a terrorist in the recording and even carried a fake rocket launcher, wanted to test police response time to terrorist situations.
After posting his video on YouTube last week, Turley was arrested and charged with giving a false impression of a terrorist act and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, among other things.
Turley's nephew may also face charges.
