Democratic consultant Barry Dill of First Strategic and Republican strategist Jaime Molera of the Molera Alvarez Group join Steve Goldstein to discuss whether redistricting in Arizona led to the state's Democrats gaining a number of seats in the legislature and winning a majority of Arizona's congressional delegation. Democrats won all three of the state's competitive congressional districts this year.
