Judy Gans, Manager of the Immigration Policy Program at the University of Arizona's Udall Center for Studies in Public Policy, and Rudy Espino, Associate Professor of Political Science at ASU, discuss the Gang of Eight Senators' proposed ideas for comprehensive immigration reform. Both Gans and Espino expressed pessimism that Congress would pass anything comprehensive in 2013.
