Federal prosecutors want some of the files on the 2011
Two hundred pages remain sealed.
Attorneys for several news outlets have asked U.S. District Judge Larry Burns to release remaining documents or redacted information that no longer warrants secrecy. Monday was the deadline for attorneys on both sides of the Loughner case to reply.
Federal prosecutors say more than 30 pages of documents should remain sealed because they contain sensitive information. The sealed files include prison reports on Loughner and information about grand jury members.
Loughner pleaded guilty to 19 federal charges in the shooting that killed six and wounded 13, including former Congresswoman Gabby Giffords. He was sentenced in November to seven consecutive life sentences.
