A man convicted of killing six people in Phoenix's "Serial Shooter" attacks has died in prison. Authorities say 40-year-old Dale Hausner was found unresponsive in his cell Wednesday afternoon. He was pronounced dead at a hospital about an hour later.
The cause of death is under investigation. Authorities said Hausner and his partner Samuel Deitman were responsible for eight murders and possibly 30 other shootings from May 2005 to August of 2006.
