Gas prices are up slightly in Arizona from a week ago. The statewide average jumped 2 cents from last Friday to $3.58 a gallon. But, Stephanie Dembowski of AAA Arizona says that's a lot less than last week's dime increase.
“We’re not anticipating a major jump like we saw last week but we might see a couple more pennies here and there over the next few weeks,” Dembowski said.
She says AAA is hoping prices will level off and start to drop before long. Drivers in Flagstaff are paying the state's highest prices, at $3.74, while Tucson drivers pay the least at $3.41 a gallon.
