The second of four KJZZ Town Halls on the Phoenix City Council Elections was held Wednesday and focused on the candidates of District 6.
This is a uniquely shaped district -- to say the least. To the north, it covers the Biltmore and Arcadia areas of East Phoenix. To the south, it stretches all the way down to Ahwatukee.
This is a race between just two people: incumbent Sal DiCiccio and businesswoman Karlene Keogh Parks.
The event was held in partnership with Arizona State University’s College of Public Programs.
