John McCluskey Captial Murder Trial Begins Monday

Opening statements are set for today in the capital murder trial of Arizona fugitive John McCluskey. McCluskey is facing 20 counts in the murder of an Oklahoma couple, following his escape from an Arizona prison. McCluskey's defense team says he didn't kill the couple and didn't intend for them to die, despite admissions he made to authorities following his arrest.
