New App Allows Users To Join In Search For Child Predators

The Immigration and Customs Enforcement Office is introducing a new app for smartphones. ICE says it will allow you to join the hunt for child predators. Spokeswoman Amber Cargile says the first-of-its-kind app contains four user-friendly screens.

“One of them on the front page has buttons that you can use to submit tips,” Cargile said. “Either it will take you right into the phone or it will put you onto ICE’s website where you can submit tips via our online tip line form.”

Cargile says the app will allow you to stay in the know about fugitives and child sex offenders. For now, the app is only available for iPhone users at the iTunes app store.
