The federal government has quietly rolled out the Spanish-language version of HealthCare.gov. Federal officials opted for a soft launch for the Affordable Care Act’s Spanish-language enrollment site. Many suspect adding Spanish speakers might jam the system with even more problems.

USDA And Mexico: Pullout Spells Loss For Border Economy
Last year the federal government banned U.S. Department of Agriculture inspectors from entering Mexico at five Texas border crossings to inspect U.S.-bound cattle.
That decision has had a huge economic impact on small Texas border towns, in particular the city of Presidio. It sits across from Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico. The international port of entry there had been the largest for cattle imports from Mexico into the U.S. for eight decades.
“Presidio’s losing a lot of money that’s supposed to stay in town. The stores are losing money," cattle broker Salvador Baeza at the Presidio stockyard said. "Everybody’s losing money.”

As the National Journal opined:
She wouldn't be coming to Boehner's office if House Republicans weren't serious about doing something on the issue.
