The town of Cave Creek can be noisy, usually because of the sound of motorcycles, but the volume has been high for other reasons lately.
First, Cave Creek had a pseudo-battle with Scottsdale over who would claim the crown of the West’s "Most Western Town." Now, comes word that all of the town’s council members, except for the mayor, could be recalled. One group is looking to oust four new council members. Another group wants to kick out the other new councilmen.
