Tucson Police Renew Efforts To Find Isabel Cellis

Police in Tucson said their renewed efforts to find a missing six-year-old girl has yielded some possible tips. Sergeant Pete Dugan said officers went door-to-door in the neighborhood where Isabel Cellis disappeared from her bedroom.

“What we were doing was just to recanvass the neighborhood that we were out during the initial investigation,” Dugan said. “We kind of just wanted the public to know that this investigation did not go away, we’ve been actively working it since day one.”

Dugan said police received several phone calls in the last few days and are attempting to determine if any of them contain new information. Authorities have been searching for the girl since her father reported her missing in April 2012.
