When you think of public transit or drive past a bus in Phoenix, art probably is not the first thing that comes to mind, but Valley Metro is continuing its efforts to change that perception with the 14th annual Design a Transit Wrap contest. Last year's winner, Richard Reid, is now a freshman at Arizona State University. He played off the theme, "Do The Ride Thing."
