Arizona director Travis Mills created a short film adaptation of "A Piece of Steak" by Jack London. Not a fan of London? Don't worry.
The 28-year-old filmmaker has 51 other short films where that came from. They are all modern adaptations of short stories by authors like Mark Twain and Edgar Allan Poe, stories within the public domain, up for grabs for anyone to reuse.
Last year Mills set out to create the 52 films in only 52 weeks with "Running Wild Films," the company he co-founded in 2010.
