Ken Strobeck offered his opinion on how Arizona mayors, cities and towns are performing.

Arizona Republic's Amy Wong referenced Phoenix’s budget problems. It is something that could come up during Mayor Greg Stanton’s State of the City address next month. Mayors across the Valley have been delivering their annual municipal assessments and will continue to do so. Glendale Mayor Jerry Weiers’ speech, for example, is next week.

So, how are cities doing? To find out, we welcomed Ken Strobeck, the executive director of the League of Arizona Cities and Towns.
