The North American Free Trade Agreement turns 20 this year, and next week, representatives from the three countries involved will be in Phoenix to talk about it. The event is sponsored by the College of Public Programs at Arizona State University, along with the University of Calgary in Canada and Tech De Monterrey in Mexico. Jonathan Koppel is the dean of the College of Public Programs at ASU.
