Phoenix Film Festival Celebrates Its 14th Year

The Phoenix Film Festival is underway. This is the event’s 14th year. It will take up seven screens at the Harkins Scottsdale 101 theater over eight days.

The festival’s Executive Director Jason Carney said the event has come a long way.
