Rock and Roll Hall of Famer and Arizona native Linda Ronstadt is putting her Tucson home on the market.
Realtor Russell Long says the Mediterranean-style home, built in 1929, sits on 1.7 acres of what he calls lush landscaping and has its own well.
“The well is used for drinking water and it’s used to water the grounds,” Long said. “Otherwise, you know, the expense of watering those lush grounds would be pretty phenomenal.”
Long says Ronstadt, who has Parkinson’s disease, is selling the home because she now principally lives in California. The home has been listed at about $2 million.
