U.S. Education Secretary Arne Duncan will be delivering the spring commencement address at Arizona State Universitytonight. The ASU undergraduate commencement will be held at Sun Devil Stadium on the university's Tempe campus.
Before the graduation ceremony, Duncan will hold a roundtable discussion with Phoenix-area school principals on the department's "Teach to Lead"initiative.
