Attorneys for six Arizona death row inmates are suing the Department of Corrections.
They are claimingthe state’s refusal to release information about drugs used for executions is violating the inmates' First Amendment right.
Joseph Wood, one of the plaintiffs, is scheduled to be executed July 23.
