In a report that came out this week, Mike Orr, director of the Center for Real Estate Theory and Practice at Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School, concluded the Valley's residential market is in the midst of an 11-month slump in demand.
We spoke with Orr about whether the slump is surprising, and what could be done to improve the market's condition.
