If you want an early ballot and haven’t requested one, you have until 5 p.m. Friday to contact your county recorder’s office. Completed ballots should be signed and returned by Aug. 22 to be counted in the Aug. 26 primary. After that they must be dropped off at a polling place.
After today voters can still vote early by contacting their county recorder to find early voting locations. And ballots can be cast at voting locations on Election Day.
Independents can request a ballot for any party.
