Storms could be moving into the Valley again this evening. National Weather Service meteorologist Chris Kuhlman said there's a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms starting this evening and over night.
“Tomorrow morning will probably be a wet morning across the Phoenix area, and with that we could have the potential for some heavy rain and some flooding issues.”
Kuhlman said Phoenix area residents should be prepared for travel issues and road closures if this storm is as powerful as the events in the past couple of weeks.
