Valley Unlikely To Be Disrupted By A National Disaster

From Superstorm Sandy to Hurricane Katrina to the recent earthquake in the Napa Valley, natural disasters have a huge impact on communities and their residents’ ability to get things done. But the Valley is considered one of the places least likely to be disrupted by a natural disaster. We talked about what the future may hold with Ben Ruddell, a Senior Sustainability Scientist at ASU. Steven Zylstra, President and CEO of the Arizona Technology Council, says the lack of natural disasters is a competitive advantage in attracting new businesses here.
