Some Valley farmers and chefs think a lot about it - and on Monday they’ll have the chance to get together, along with food suppliers and distributors, in an effort to build relationships and get more local produce on your table.
Payton Curry and RJ Johnson will both be there. Curry is the Executive Chef at Curryosity Consulting and a partner in Brat Haus restaurant, among other things. Johnson is the Sales Manager for Blue Sky Organic Farms in Litchfield Park.
