A new exhibit in the East Valley gives a pretty stark look at what life was like in Sudanese refugee camps. It’s called “Lost Boys of Sudan: Journey to the Future,” and it’s a series of photographs by Loren Anderson.
The exhibit is on display at Gallery 4 in downtown Gilbert. That’s where I met Kual Awan, the Executive Director of the Lost Boys Center for Leadership Development formerly known as the Arizona Lost Boys Center.
I asked him what he sees when he looks at the photos.
