Attorneys For The State Want Revenge Porn Lawsuit Dropped

The Arizona Attorney General’s office is asking a federal court to dismiss a lawsuit challenging Arizona’s so called revenge porn law.

The ACLU and bookstores say the law threatens free speech by making it illegal to sell books or art that include nude images.

Attorneys for the state say there is no legal basis for the suit.
