Population growth hasn’t been a problem for the Phoenix area, even though the recent recession did slow the pace. But observers keep wondering what it will take to get more young people here.
A report published earlier this month by the City Observatory think tank called “The Young and Restless and The Nation’s Cities” explores which cities are drawing more 25 to 34 year olds who have achieved a bachelor’s degree or higher in education.
We talked with Lindsay Kinkade of Design Republic Studio, who is known as an experimental urbanist and strategic futurist.
