Arizona Ranks High In Energy Efficiency

How energy efficient is Arizona? According to a new scorecard, not bad.

The American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy’s eighth annual report ranks Arizona 15th - Massachusetts and California took the top two spots.

Jeff Schlegel, the Arizona Representative for the Southwest Energy Efficiency Project, says the scorecard looked at six areas, including: utility programs, transportation and building energy codes.
