A Syrian man accused of supplying components of improvised explosive devices to a jihadist group in Iraq will go on trial in Arizona in April of 2016.
The group he’s accused of supplying mounted attacks against the U.S. military in Iraq.
The FBI says Ahmed Alahmedalabdaloklah’s fingerprints were found on items uncovered during a 2006 discovery of one of the largest caches of IEDs in Iraq. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges against him.
The government said it has determined the materials seized were associated with attacks that killed U.S. forces. And certain parts in the IEDs were manufactured by an Arizona company.
