Arizona joined with 37 other states this week, in asking the Federal Trade Commission to update something called the Telemarketing Sales Rule. That’s the provision that established the Do Not Call Registry and generally regulates how many telemarketing calls people can get at home.
Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne says he and his fellow Attorneys General want the FTC to make four changes to the measure.
