Why People Still Go To Work When They're Sick

If your workplace is anything like this one, hearing a cough or sneeze is not that uncommon. Nor is the comment from said sneezer or cougher "No, it’s just allergies."

Nicolas Ziebarth is a health economist at Cornell University and said when people go to work sick, not only can they not do their jobs, they get their coworkers sick, so they can’t do their jobs either.
