Leading up to his State of the State address, Governor Doug Ducey made it clear his office would have a different legal strategy than that of his predecessor.
"What will change in the governor's office is you'll see us getting out of the litigation business," Ducey described to Capitol Media Services. "We have a newly elected, competent attorney general. So we're going to allow the legal fights to happen with the lawyers. And I want to be in the economic growth, educational excellence business and budget-fixing business."
