Howie Fischer Explains New Proposed Legislation From Republican Lawmakers

The legislative and judicial branches in Arizona don’t seem to have the most cordial of relations and a new proposal by a couple of Republican state lawmakers probably won’t help things.

The proposed legislation would require judges up for retention to get 60 percent of votes cast, instead of the current simple majority.
