Arizona's Top Five Spenders In The 2014 Election

Two Arizona Republican gubernatorial candidates were among the top five spenders in the state for the 2014 election.

The Center for Public Integrity’s report included donations to candidates and groups. Governor Doug Ducey spent $3 million on his campaign. Republican primary gubernatorial candidate Christine Jones spent $5.4 million on her campaign. Her former boss and founder of GoDaddy Bob Parsons donated $2.4 million to her race.

The other top spenders were the Democratic and Republican Attorneys General Associations. The Democratic association spent $1.3 million and the Republican group spent $2.5 million.
