Real estate is such a big part of Arizona’s economy that lots of people pay attention to forecasts about the industry’s future.
With that in mind, we turn now to the Arizona Division of the Urban Land Institute, which held its annual Trends Day yesterday featuring discussions on real estate issues including infill, retail and crowdfunding. Heidi Kimball is one of the co-chairs of 2015 Trends Day. She’s also senior vice president of Sunbelt Holdings.
