The deadline for enrollment in the federal health care exchange is this Sunday and the White House is making a big push to get as many people as possible enrolled before then.
Senior Advisor to President Obama Valerie Jarrett said one strategy the administration is using to get the word out is by sharing stories of people who have been positively impacted by gaining coverage.
According to the White House, as of Feb. 6 more than 120,000 people in the Phoenix area have signed up or renewed their coverage through the health insurance marketplace.
To find out how enrollment efforts are going, we turn now to Phelan O’Neill, an organizer with Get Covered America.
