A bill granting Apple a series of tax credits is moving quickly through the legislature.
On Tuesday, the House amended House Bill 2670 to make it identical to a Senate version.
The bill will extend a $5 million sales tax credit to companies that meet certain thresholds for building renewable energy facilities and using that energy at the plant. It also exempts them from sales taxes on electricity and natural gas.
Apple plans to build a $2 billion data center in Mesa later this year.
