Officials at Sky Harbor will be moving the Terminal 3 construction indoors in March.
Airport spokesman Heather Lissner said crews will be working to upgrade the terminal’s security checkpoint and add ticket counters.
"Travelers through Terminal 3 are going to notice construction walls going up on levels 1 and 2," she said. "We are going to be closing two of our restaurants."
Lissner added there are no impacts to Terminal 2 at this time, though the area is still scheduled for closure.
