Though a lot of people, male and female, dream about working in sports, the reality is that many pro organizations are up-and-down on and off the field and aren’t especially focused on employee satisfaction.
According to Forbes magazine contributor Jason Belzer, the Arizona Diamondbacks organization is an exception. Belzer said it’s the best pro sports team to work for and could teach a lot of other businesses how to operate.
