The Arizona Game and Fish Department, along with several other agencies, has launched the "Respected Access is Open Access in Arizona" campaign, which promotes outdoor ethics. Cadden said Arizona has a lot of public land, with the federal government managing much of it. And he said that land won’t be automatically open forever.
