I-10 Billboards In Tucson Are Actually An Art Installation

Freeway billboards often contain messages - restaurants at which you can eat, attractions to pull off the road to see, that kind of thing.

But a group based in Los Angeles has a series of billboards with a different kind of message.

Samantha Frank is Curatorial Manager for the LA Nomadic Division, or LAND, which is behind the project called “Manifest Destiny."
