Momentum for comprehensive immigration reform has slowed to barely a crawl in Congress, as a majority of members want the focus to remain on border security. But a number of business leaders and groups around the country are saying the economic benefits of immigration can be so great that steps have to be taken.
Today, a new immigration-reform campaign is getting started to bring attention to the need for more visas for highly skilled workers.
