The Arizona Diamondbacks are coming off a terrible year — one that began with the team’s best starting pitcher getting hurt right before a season-opening trip to Australia.

So what has changed as the 2015 season is only a few days away from starting?

We talked with Zach Buchanan, who covers the Diamondbacks for the Arizona Republic and AZ Central.
