Phoenix-Based Record Label Gets Its First Platinum Record

You know the phrase, "Good things come to those who wait." That has turned out to be the case for Robert Doyle, president of Phoenix-based independent label Canyon Records.

In 1989, the flutist R. Carlos Nakai released his album “Canyon Trilogy.” And recently that album was certified platinum — the label’s first platinum album.
