Roosevelt Row gets a new tenant tomorrow. DeSoto Central Market will be opening up on Central and Roosevelt.
It’s inside a 1928 building that originally housed a Chrysler DeSoto dealership. In addition to a market, the project will feature several restaurants and a patio.
To get a sense of what this project means for Phoenix, we turn to Lauren Allsopp, a Faculty Adjunct in the School of Geographical Sciences and Urban Planning at ASU.
